Cyber Counterintelligence Instructor

The Cyber CI Instructor provides specialized training enabling CI professionals to operate effectively in cyberspace, focusing on collection, targeting, and analysis within digital environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver instruction on conducting CI collection in cyber environments
- Train agents on OSINT, cyber targeting, and digital tradecraft
- Develop curriculum aligned with current cyber threats and intelligence priorities
- Integrate legal, policy, and operational constraints into cyber instruction
- Support practical exercises and mission-driven training scenarios
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in cyber-enabled CI collection
- Background combining industry, DoD, or academic cyber training
- Relevant certifications or experience such as:
- SANS OSINT
- Certified Open-Source Intelligence Professional (COSIP)
- CCDC / JMCCC participation or equivalent
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Former cyber operator, CI agent, or intelligence analyst with cyber focus
- Experience supporting IC or DoD cyber missions
- Ability to translate technical cyber concepts into operational CI applications
