Description Administrative Assistant Job Summary We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and clerical support to our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent time-management abilities, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a professional environment. Update client and caregiver schedules, meetings, and maintain calendars. Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, records, and reports. Enter and update information in databases and computer systems. Assist with filing, copying, scanning, and general office organization. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting notes when needed. Assist with data entry, printing, mailing and other administrative tasks. Greet visitors and provide professional customer service. Support managers, office staff and field staff with day-to-day administrative needs. Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information. Perform other administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus. Previous administrative or office experience preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe, or similar software. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
