Seinor Director, Global BenefitsJoin a global organization seeking a Senior Director of Global Benefits to lead benefits strategy, operations, governance, and employee experience across multiple regions. This executive role will oversee the design, administration, and optimization of health, welfare, retirement, and wellbeing programs while ensuring compliance, cost effectiveness, and market competitiveness.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a global benefits strategy aligned with business objectives and local market needs.Lead the design, governance, and administration of health, welfare, retirement, and wellbeing programs across domestic and international populations.Oversee benefits operations teams and drive operational excellence, service delivery, and employee experience initiatives.Partner with senior leadership, finance, legal, labor relations, and communications teams on benefits strategy, budgeting, and engagement.Support labor negotiations and ensure benefits programs are administered in accordance with collective bargaining agreements.Manage relationships with brokers, consultants, carriers, and external vendors to optimize service, compliance, and ROI.Monitor market trends, benchmark programs, and drive innovation in plan design and total rewards offerings.Ensure compliance with U.S. and international benefits regulations while mitigating risk and maintaining governance standards.Utilize analytics, financial modeling, and cost-management strategies to support sustainable benefits investments.LocationHybrid, New York City (3 days per week)The SR Group (US), Inc. is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.Please note that your personal information will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
