Return Processor

Position SummaryThe Returns Processor will support process and assist the Returns Team with timely and accurate product returns, and the optimization of resources and processes. Will ensure compliance with company policies/procedures, continual process improvement and drive initiatives to create and promote an environment timely and accurate delivery returns.Position DescriptionEssential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Will walk doors to validate inventory to match drivers returns manifest, validate returns accuracy, service and Quality Support and ensure all items are dispositioned and taggedAssist stores, customer service, and DRT team with related questionsResearch inventory discrepancies through returnsLabel, rewrap of all items and push out to the end capsSend emails regarding missing items, damaged items drivers claims or items not on driver’s route, or any issues / exception within the Returns processUnderstanding AX and Dispatch Track Routing SystemInvoice Orders in Transportation ManagerBe able to comply with company employee handbookAble to operate radio frequency equipmentConducts operations in compliance with OSHA standardsConducts operations in a manner that promotes safetyMaintains a clean free from debris warehouse floorConducts operations in compliance with OSHA standardsConducts operations in a manner that promotes safety.Ensures that the correct number and type of product is loaded and shipped Maintains a clean free from debris warehouse floorMeet company standards for productivityMeet company standards for productivity• Must be available to work a flexible schedule, weekends and holidaysQualificationsEducation/Experience: High School Diploma or GED equivalent. 1-2 years general warehouse experience in a fast paced, warehouse environment. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual must have experience in Microsoft Office programs. Knowledge of design software programs is a plus.Certificates and Licenses: None RequiredPosition Hiring RangeThe hiring pay range provides a good faith estimate of the salary or hourly wage that Living Spaces expects to pay for the position upon hire. Pay will be determined by several factors, including, but not limited to: applicant's education, relevant work experience, knowledge, applicable and relevant skills and abilities, market demand, Company budget, as well as internal equity and alignment with geographic market data. Living Spaces reserves the right to modify this page at any time.Compensation: $16.65 - $21.60Overtime pay is available for eligible, non-exempt Team Members. Reimbursement for expenses as required by applicable law and Company policy.
