Learn more about us at What You'll Do As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you'll help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities live independently, safely, and fully engaged in their communities. Behavioral Health Technician Childcare Provider Teacher's Aide Residential Support Staff Social Services Worker Or if you simply have a passion for helping others and making a positive impact. Prior experience in direct care or support roles (preferred but not required). Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships. Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic understanding of developmental disabilities and related healthcare needs. CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire). Ability to lift and assist individuals with mobility needs as required. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if applicable). Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
