Outpatient C&A Psychiatry Opportunity in Munster, IN - Location: Munster, IN; Chicago 28m Position Details:

Full-time; 40 hrs, Day Shift
Seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to meet the growing demand for outpatient psychiatric services
This is an outpatient position focused on psychiatric diagnostic evaluation and medication management
Flexible full-time schedule
Weekday call rotation: 1:4
No evening or night call
Average outpatient volume: approximately 20 patients per day
Comprehensive continuum of care
Experienced clinical support staff
Strong collegial support

Qualifications:

Physician License (MD/DO) Upon Hire Required
Board Certification Psychiatry and Neurology - Required - and
Board Certification Child and Adolescent Psychiatry - Required
Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association Upon Hire Required

About Location: Hammond, Dyer, and Munster are cities located in beautiful Lake County, IN. Practice is located 30 minutes southeast of downtown Chicago. The cities are part of the Chicago metropolitan area, while still maintaining a rural and suburban feel. Situated along the South Shore of Lake Michigan, the cities offer many opportunities to enjoy the beach, sand dunes, and many outdoor activities.
