Screw Machine Operator in Comstock Park

Job Description We are a mid‑sized company with approximately 40 employees. We make and sell products for many industries including furniture, electrical, automotive and health care. We are a growing company and have earned a solid reputation within the industry for over 30 years. Responsibilities Operate Multi-spindle screw machines, single spindle screw machines, load bar stock, Inspect parts using gauges, calipers and other measuring devices to ensure parts conform to Prints and specs. Change tooling as needed. Remove chips from machine and place in bins. Complete applicable work order and quality documentation as well as daily productions reports as required. Maintain a clean and organized work area ensuring all tools, fixtures, materials and supplies are cleaned and put away daily at shift end. Must have strong communication skills, teamwork skills and work ethic as well as a solid attendance record. Willing to train the right person with a good mechanical aptitude. #J-18808-Ljbffr
