The search is on for the perfect fit.
Team members need to have experience in the veterinary field, such as a room assistant who would like to progress, you are a CVA, or you are an RVT with years of experience or an RVT with minimal experience! - Compassionate.
- Gather the history of patients.
- Communicate to and with a DVM effectively.
- Typing skills in PIMS for medical records.
- Willingness to learn and teach others.
- Cleaning and maintaining a clean environment.
ADDITIONAL SKILLS:
- Phlebotomy.
- Catheter placement.
- Dental prophylaxis.
- Anesthesia administration and monitoring.
- Cleaning.
- Lab skills, running UA, Fecals, CBC, and Chemistries.
- Restraint.
- Nail Trim.
- Anal Gland Expression.
- Radiographic experience.
- Pay to be based on skills and or certifications.
Experience in the Veterinary field is a must, but higher-level skills are appreciated and will increase the pay rate.
