Safelite’s Customer Advocate role begins with greeting in-shop customers and resolving concerns quickly, often with creative solutions, while managing administrative tasks such as scheduling, work orders and invoicing. The position also handles inbound calls and emails, processes dealer and national center orders, and supports the daily operation with timely, professional service.
