Healthcare Recruiting Specialist — Talent Sourcing & Scheduling

AMN Healthcare

AMN Healthcare is seeking a Recruitment Specialist II, Staffing Support, to engage prospective clinicians via phone, email, and other channels. You will qualify candidates, support applicant pipeline development, and coordinate interviews for Recruiters using Salesforce CRM. Role requires 5+ years in recruiting or related fields, strong communication, scheduling, and data-management skills.
