We are seeking a seasoned Permanent Trial Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This is a unique opportunity for a highly skilled, confident, and ambitious professional to drive the litigation process from start to finish. Our ideal candidate is a seasoned litigator with a proven track record in general liability cases, and extensive trial experience. You will be responsible for handling a diverse caseload, providing expert legal advice, and representing our clients in court. Responsibilities:

• 1. Manage all phases of litigation from inception to post-trial, including drafting pleadings, discovery, pre-trial motions, and trial preparation.
• 2. Represent clients in court, presenting evidence, and making compelling arguments.
• 3. Conduct thorough legal research and fact-finding investigations to support case strategy and preparation.
• 4. Negotiate settlements in the best interest of our clients.
• 5. Collaborate with legal staff and clients to gather information, communicate case progress, and strategize on case handling.
• 6. Maintain current knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and legal practices through continuing education and professional development activities.
• 7. Adhere to all professional ethical standards, demonstrating respect for the law, clients, and colleagues.

Qualifications:

• 1. Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• 2. Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with the state bar.
• 3. A minimum of 10 years of experience as a trial attorney with 5 jury trials under their belt, specifically handling general liability cases.
• 4. Proven track record of representing clients in court, with a strong success rate.
• 5. Extensive knowledge of litigation process and laws related to general liability.
• 6. Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex legal strategies to clients and colleagues.
• 7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions.
• 8. Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• 9. Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
• 10. Demonstrated commitment to professional ethics and client confidentiality.
