Technical Alignment Manager - ALLO KC

Technical Alignment Manager (TAM) – ALLO, Mission, KS (in‑office position). The TAM is a trusted technical advisor to clients, ensuring alignment with best practices and facilitating seamless partnership between ALLO and its clients. Responsibilities Act as the primary technical advocate for a dedicated client portfolio, building long‑term partnerships with business leaders, owners, and C‑suite executives. Provide strategic guidance by understanding client business goals and conducting regular service reviews to ensure alignment with ALLO’s best practices. Translate complex technical concepts, troubleshoot issues, and deliver analytical problem resolution using an expert‑level knowledge of ALLO’s products. Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Support teams to champion client needs and ensure a seamless service experience. Drive process improvement by documenting solutions in a knowledge base and identifying opportunities to streamline and automate procedures. Maintain clear and timely communication with client leadership across all channels. Support occasional after‑hours work and participate in on‑call rotations as required. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related technical field preferred. 5+ years of experience in a client‑facing technical role with proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders and C‑suite executives. Exceptional strategic communication skills, able to articulate complex concepts to non‑technical audiences. Broad technical expertise across networking, infrastructure, and application support. Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS, VLANs, and troubleshooting tools such as PING and TRACERT. Deep expertise in the Microsoft ecosystem: Windows 10/11, Windows Server, Active Directory (Azure and on‑prem), Group Policy, and PowerShell. Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Office 365 migrations, management, and web‑based application troubleshooting. Solid understanding of security and permissions, including user/email account management, file/share permissions, and virus/malware resolution.
