NEW GRAD REGISTERED NURSE - Full time (3pm 11:30pm)

About the Role We are seeking dynamic new‑graduate registered nurses to join Hartgrove Behavioral Health System, a leading psychiatric hospital in the Chicago area. The position is full‑time, evening shift (3 pm – 11:30 pm), with a signing bonus and pay starting at $40 per hour. Responsibilities Provide professional nursing care on assigned units in alignment with Hartgrove Hospital’s philosophy and objectives. Prescribe, coordinate, and delegate nursing care using the nursing process integrated into the multidisciplinary treatment team plan of care. Assume accountability for assigned nursing care activities on a shift basis and promote professional nursing practice on the unit. Initiate restraints or seclusion and assess continuation as authorized. Maintain competency in current nursing care standards and contribute to a collaborative, patient‑centered environment. Qualifications Current RN license in Illinois (or eligible to receive/renew). Current CPR or BLS certification. Preferred: One year of experience in a psychiatric inpatient setting.
