Maintenance Technician II - 2nd shift

Maintenance Technician IIEnsure safe maintenance, repairs, and replacement of plant equipment and systems. Ensures maximum productivity and quality in accordance with safety, health, and fire regulations.Maintains and repairs all equipment, buildings, and facilities.Troubleshoots all machinery and conveyor systems.Uses Pick2Light systems, which analyze computer system errors enabling maintenance to make repairs, and reset faults as needed.Establishes and coordinates priority work projects and repairs.Provides directions, assigns tasks and minor work of other personnel, and reports to the supervisor.Prepares reports, monitors maintenance schedules, and monitors employee time records.Reviews Preventative Maintenance (PM) work orders and log them into Benchmark.Maintains parts inventory.Prepares schedules, oversees work activities, and performs hands on tasks alongside team members, does not conduct performance appraisals, counsel employees, or have the authority to hire, fire, set pay rates.Skills needed to be successful in this role:Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
