Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to establish an accurate understanding of clients' mental health needs, ensuring the development of effective and personalized treatment plans. \n
- Provide individual therapy sessions employing tailored therapeutic modalities designed to enhance clients' self-awareness and promote lasting behavioral changes. \n
- Collaborate closely with clients to set therapeutic goals and regularly monitor progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed to optimize outcomes. \n
- Engage in continuous professional development by participating in team meetings, supervision, and training opportunities to remain updated on the latest best practices in behavioral health. \n
In this role, you will primarily work with adult clients as well as children and adolescents, addressing a wide range of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required. \n
- Must hold a valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Colorado. \n
- A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a therapeutic setting is essential, with a focus on individual therapy for a diverse client base. \n
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients of varying backgrounds and ages. \n
