DeburrerAs a Deburrer, you will be responsible for ensuring that all parts are properly deburred and cleaned after plasma spray application. The role requires repetitive work and a keen attention to detail to ensure all parts pass inspection and meet quality standards.ResponsibilitiesDeburr parts using hand grinders and razor blades.Clean parts thoroughly after plasma spray application.Ensure all parts are sufficiently cleaned to pass inspection.Document and track finished parts accurately.Cross-train in case tapers and provide masking support as needed.Essential SkillsExperience with surface cleaning and deburring.Ability to prep parts for spray or paint.Strong attention to detail.Proficiency in general production and labor tasks.Additional Skills & QualificationsMechanical knowledge.Manual dexterity.Join a dynamic aerospace environment with opportunities for a quick permanent transition after four months.
