Fatherhood Family Development Coach (FFDC) – Full Time Job Family: CBEP Employee Type: Permanent Salary Range: $51,200 (+Bilingual Additive as applicable) Job Description: The Fatherhood Family Development Coach empowers fathers and families to build stability, strengthen relationships, and achieve self‑sufficiency through goal‑driven coaching and connection to critical community resources. This role focuses on helping families effectively navigate key City Systems—including public assistance, child support, child welfare, education, and housing—while fostering personal growth and family well‑being. The Coach will deliver individualized coaching, facilitate skills‑based workshops, and collaborate with community partners to achieve measurable program outcomes. The position reports directly to the Program Director. Core Responsibilities: Deliver individualized coaching sessions to fathers and families. Facilitate skills‑based workshops on family‑centered topics. Collaborate with community partners to connect families with essential services. Collect and analyze data to measure program outcomes. Sign‑On Incentive: Up to $2,000 (not permitted for internal candidates). Direct Support Professional – Developmental Disabilities Job Family: Developmental Disabilities Job Type: Part‑Time / Full‑Time Employee Type: Permanent Salary Range: $19.00/hour + Education Additive ($0.15/hour Associate's Degree $.80/hour: Bachelor's or higher) Position Description: Reports to assigned program supervisor or covering supervisor. Manage assigned caseload and provide coverage for peer's caseload as needed. Provide direct clinical treatment using methods compatible with assigned model. Conduct assessments, including review of referral information, identifying and engaging key participants, identifying systemic strengths and weaknesses, and individualized treatment planning. Maintain clear and concise documentation of treatment efforts. Foster Care Case Planner – Child Welfare Job Family: Child Welfare Job Type: Full Time Employee Type: Permanent Salary Range: $67,632.38/year + $3,000 MST‑PRV Additive + $3,500 Bilingual Additive (as applicable) + $1,000 – Provisional Licensure Additive (as applicable) + $4,000 – Full Licensure Additive (as applicable) Position Description: Works toward the goal of permanency for children either through reunification with parents, or through adoption or preparation for independent living. Trained and supported in implementation of multiple evidence‑based models used to support families and caregivers. Conducts birth home and foster home visits in addition to field visits; provides referrals to community service providers in accordance with the service plan for the family; accompanies families to drug treatment, medical, school, housing, welfare settings; works with children in onsite care programs; attends court hearings in a timely manner with prepared court reports and/or permanency reports. Senior Supervisor – Child Welfare Job Family: Child Welfare Job Type: Full Time Employee Type: Permanent Salary Range: $75,748.26 + Senior Additive 5% + 3,500 Language Additive Core Responsibilities: Support and assist the AVP with coverage when AVP is out of the office, including liaison with Admin and facilities on site issues. Provide training and shadowing to new supervisors being onboarded. Monitor monthly safety assessments to the homes of a child/youth in care. Interacts constantly with the individuals to develop a sense of security and belonging. Supports and supervises the individuals visiting the program assigned. Interprets the Agency policies and program to the individual, other Day Habilitation Specialists and the community. Remains alert to the expressions of attitudes, feelings and relationships of each individual. Develops an awareness of the individual's needs through observation, interaction and consultation with other members of the team. RN (Clinical Support) – Patient Care Job Family: Child Welfare Job Type: Full Time Employee Type: Permanent Salary Range: $67,632.38/year + $3,500 Bilingual Additive (as applicable) + $1,000 – Provisional Licensure Additive (as applicable) + $4,000 – Full Licensure Additive (as applicable) Position Description: Support patient care through collection and documentation of vital signs, drawing blood, collecting and packaging lab samples, referral management, and other clinical support duties, as needed. Administer medication and vaccines as directed by the provider. Support inventory, stocking, compliance survey readiness. Perform triage and patient preparation activities such as measuring and documenting height, weight, head circumference, vital signs, vision and hearing screens.
