What You'll Do

Provide respiratory care to adult, pediatric, and neonatal critical care patients
Assist with invasive and non-invasive ventilator management
Monitor patient respiratory status and adjust therapies accordingly
Train and support RT personnel in critical care procedures
Document patient care activities accurately and timely
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement treatment plans
Maintain compliance with hospital and healthcare regulations

What You Need

Valid Respiratory Therapist license
Experience working in critical care settings preferred
Knowledge of ventilator management and respiratory therapy equipment
Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to fast-paced environments
