Vice President, Credit Portfolio Risk Reporting

A leading global financial institution is seeking a Vice President to lead Credit Portfolio Risk Reporting & Governance initiatives within its Wholesale Credit Risk organization. This individual will be responsible for developing and delivering executive-level reporting, portfolio risk analyses, and governance materials for senior management, risk committees, and regulatory stakeholders. This position offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of credit risk, portfolio analytics, executive communication, and risk governance, partnering with senior leaders across Risk, Finance, Data & Analytics, and business teams. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and production of executive-level credit risk reporting and presentations for senior leadership and governance committees. Analyze portfolio performance, credit concentrations, emerging risks, and key risk metrics to identify trends and provide actionable insights. Translate complex quantitative and qualitative risk information into concise, decision-oriented narratives. Develop impactful presentations, dashboards, and visualizations for executive audiences. Manage recurring governance deliverables and support ad hoc reporting requests, regulatory inquiries, and thematic portfolio reviews. Partner with credit officers, risk managers, analytics teams, and business stakeholders to ensure reporting is accurate, relevant, and insightful. Drive continuous improvement of risk reporting processes, frameworks, and communication standards. Mentor junior team members and contribute to broader risk management initiatives. Qualifications 8+ years of experience within banking, financial services, or risk management. Strong understanding of commercial lending, credit risk management, and portfolio risk analytics. Experience preparing executive, board, committee, or regulatory reporting materials. Knowledge of credit lifecycle management, risk rating methodologies, governance frameworks, and ongoing portfolio monitoring. Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex information into clear business and risk implications. Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills. Advanced PowerPoint and Excel capabilities; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools is highly desirable. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Risk Management, or a related discipline required. CFA, FRM, MBA, or other advanced credentials are a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
