Tier 2 Helpdesk Technician — On‑Site IT Support (Travel)

Culinary Health Center

UNITE HERE HEALTH is seeking a Helpdesk II to deliver world-class IT support for Health Center staff across two locations. You will handle Tier 2 incidents, assist with Tier 1 coverage, document solutions in ServiceNow, and support end-user systems including Windows, Mac, mobile, and AV setups. The role requires 2–3 years of helpdesk experience, strong customer service, and the ability to travel locally.
