Website & Funnel Designer

We specialize in creating innovative digital experiences that drive results for our clients. We are looking for a talented and experienced Website & Funnel Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing high-converting, visually stunning websites and sales funnels that support our clients’ business goals and elevate their online presence. Key Responsibilities: Website Design: Create fully responsive, user-friendly websites that align with client branding, messaging, and goals. Design intuitive layouts and interfaces that enhance the user experience (UX) while maintaining high design standards. Work with developers to ensure that designs are properly implemented and function seamlessly across all devices and platforms. Funnel Design & Optimization: Design effective, high-converting sales funnels, including landing pages, opt-in pages, checkout pages, and thank-you pages. Optimize funnel designs for user engagement and conversion, using data and feedback to refine the customer journey. Work closely with marketing teams to understand the target audience and goals of each funnel, ensuring that designs align with the sales and marketing strategy. Collaborative Projects: Work with copywriters, developers, and marketers to create cohesive, end-to-end digital experiences. Provide design solutions that meet business requirements while pushing creative boundaries. Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and design tools to ensure projects are innovative and cutting-edge. Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and objectives, translating them into actionable design concepts. Present design concepts and iterate based on client feedback and project goals. A/B Testing & Analysis: Implement A/B tests and analyze design performance, making data-driven recommendations to improve conversion rates. Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar to track and report on the effectiveness of website and funnel designs. Skills & Qualifications: Experience: Proven experience designing websites and sales funnels, ideally for digital marketing campaigns or e-commerce businesses. Strong portfolio showcasing website and funnel designs, with an emphasis on user experience and conversion optimization. Design Tools: Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, Sketch, or similar. Experience with landing page builders (e.g., ClickFunnels, Unbounce, Leadpages) and/or CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify). Web Technologies: Understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for design purposes (knowledge of web development is a plus, but not required). Experience with responsive design principles and mobile-first design. UX/UI Design: Strong grasp of user-centered design principles and best practices. Ability to design intuitive, accessible interfaces that offer seamless user experiences across devices. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Knowledge of CRO techniques, such as A/B testing, user behavior analysis, and conversion funnel optimization. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Time Management & Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines, prioritizing tasks effectively. Flexible and open to feedback, with a focus on continuous improvement.
