Tax CPAFayetteville, Arkansas, United StatesAbout the JobPosition: Tax CPALocation: Fayetteville, AR Hybrid/RemoteComp: $70-90KSBCS is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Tax CPA to join our client’s team on a full-time, permanent basis. The Tax CPA will be responsible for providing a wide range of tax services to our clients, including tax planning, compliance, and consulting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax law and regulations, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for helping businesses succeed.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and other entitiesConduct tax research and provide recommendations to clients on tax planning strategiesDevelop and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any tax-related concernsStay up-to-date on changes in tax laws and regulations and communicate these changes to clientsIdentify and resolve tax issues and discrepancies for clientsCollaborate with other team members to develop and implement tax strategies and solutions for clientsAssist with tax audits and other tax-related inquiries from government agenciesTrain and mentor junior staff members on tax laws, regulations, and best practicesParticipate in business development activities, including networking and client presentationsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldCPA license requiredMinimum of 5 years of experience in tax preparation and planningStrong knowledge of tax laws and regulationsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExceptional communication and client service skillsProficient in tax software and Microsoft Office SuiteWe Offer:Competitive salary and benefits packageOpportunities for professional development and growth within the companyA supportive and collaborative work environmentExposure to a diverse range of clients and industriesThe opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our clients’ businessesIf you are a highly motivated and experienced Tax CPA looking to join a dynamic and growing firm, we encourage you to apply for this position.
