This contract opportunity offers the chance to make a positive impact as a Speech-Language Pathologist at an elementary level, working onsite in a collaborative setting with educators and families. The position runs through May 2027, providing extended stability and the opportunity to see students’ growth over multiple school years.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Possess an active Georgia SLP License or valid GaPSC certification (one required initially; both needed eventually)
• Open to Clinical Fellows (CF) and licensed Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLAs with GaPSC certification)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred, but Clinical Fellows welcome
• Experience in school or pediatric settings strongly preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments to identify students’ speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and IEPs in coordination with the multidisciplinary team
• Deliver engaging one-on-one and group therapy sessions onsite in an elementary school
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and staff to support holistic student development
• Participate in IEP meetings and strategy planning
• Utilize evidence-based practices to maximize student outcomes
