You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates through various channels to coordinating interviews and facilitating offers. Your efforts will directly impact the companys ability to build a skilled and dynamic workforce that drives business success. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies tailored to each position. Ultimately, your work will ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience while fulfilling the companys talent acquisition goals efficiently and effectively./ph3Minimum Qualifications/h3ulliAssociate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field./liliProven experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for managing recruitment workflows./liliDemonstrated ability in technical recruiting and staffing services./liliExperience with contract recruitment and temporary staffing solutions./liliStrong knowledge of internet recruiting techniques and social media sourcing./liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates and collaborate with hiring managers./liliRelevant experience may substitute for educational requirement on a year-for-year basis./li/ulh3Preferred Qualifications/h3ulliBachelors in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field./liliExperience in college recruiting and building relationships with academic institutions./liliFamiliarity with organizing and participating in recruiting events and job fairs./liliCertification in recruiting or human resources (e.g., AIRS, SHRM-CP)./liliExperience recruiting for a variety of industries or technical disciplines./liliProficiency with advanced sourcing tools and recruitment marketing strategies./li/ulh3Responsibilities/h3ulliManage end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates./liliUtilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and maintain accurate recruitment records./liliDevelop and maintain relationships with colleges and universities to support college recruiting initiatives./liliCoordinate and participate in recruiting events and job fairs to attract a diverse pool of candidates./liliWork with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies for technical, contract, temporary, and permanent roles./liliLeverage internet recruiting tools and social media platforms to source and engage potential candidates./liliProvide timely communication and feedback to candidates and hiring teams to ensure a positive recruitment experience./liliMaintain compliance with staffing services regulations and company policies throughout the recruitment process./li/ul/div
