Location: This is a REMOTE position. We would ideally desire a future "Saiger" to reside in the Iowa City/Cedar Rapids Iowa area, but open to remote candidates. In this role, responsibilities include using best practices in sourcing, evaluation, engaging, and managing AEC candidates through the recruiting life cycle. Provide sales leads weekly to support growing new business for the sales team and may be responsible for skill marketing candidates to clients and potential prospects. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to earn a leadership role to lead, coach, train and develop future recruiters to help the company scale in growth. Yourawesomeat….
