Arbitrage and Edge: Execute high-frequency strategies to capture identified mathematical edges. Technical Integrity: Monitor account health and system outputs. Identify patterns in data anomalies before they turn into issues. Elite Collaboration: Work in a flat hierarchy alongside former Ivy League quants, FAANG engineers, and esports pros. Who You Are High IQ and High Agency: Problem solver who finds satisfaction in perfectly executed workflows. Quantitatively Gifted: Exceptional aptitude with numeracy, probabilistic reasoning, and logical reasoning. Competitive Background: Competitive achievements or a background in video games, strategy games, poker, trading, or similar.
