AP Clerk $40k-$42k Xenia, Ohio | On-site ABOUT THE COMPANY: CFS Dayton is partnering with one of Dayton's premier higher education institutions to fulfill an immediate opening for an AP Clerk within their dynamic accounting department. RESPONSIBILITIES OF AP Clerk: * Perform daily reconciliations of travel and business card documentation to ensure accuracy, promptly identifying discrepancies or issues. * The AP Clerk will enter invoices into financial statements with meticulous attention to detail. * Analyze disbursement data and financial records to ensure proper allocation of funds. * Investigate and resolve discrepancies promptly and effectively to maintain financial integrity. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE FOR AP Clerk: * Customer service experience with a focus on resolving inquiries effectively. * The AP Clerk must have knowledge of Accounts Payable processes and principles. * Proficiency in reconciliation techniques to maintain accurate financial records. * The AP Clerk must have basic proficiency in Excel for data entry and simple data analysis tasks.
