Up to a $5000 sign on bonus for the right Technician. The Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance services, diagnostic testing, and repairs on a wide range of vehicles in accordance with manufacturer and dealership standards. Day-to-day tasks include inspecting vehicles, identifying mechanical and electrical issues, completing work orders, and documenting all services performed accurately in the service system. The Technician will collaborate closely with service advisors and other team members to ensure timely repairs and clear communication with customers. Maintaining a clean, safe work environment, following safety protocols, and participating in ongoing training to stay current with evolving automotive technologies are key aspects of this role.QualificationsStrong automotive maintenance and repair skills, including experience with diagnostics, brake systems, engines, and basic electrical work.Proficiency with automotive tools, equipment, and diagnostic software, and ability to follow manufacturer service procedures.Solid problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, with attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with service advisors, technicians, and other dealership staff.Ability to manage time efficiently, handle multiple service jobs, and maintain accurate service records.High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an automotive technology program or related certifications (e.G., ASE) is preferred.Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to operate a variety of vehicle makes and models.Willingness to adhere to safety guidelines and dealership policies, and to participate in ongoing training and professional development.
