Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy logistics and distribution location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help discourage security‑related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this role, you will support daily operations with an agile, reliable, and innovative approach, working as part of a team that puts people first and acts with integrity. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $17.65 / Hour Job Schedule Mon: 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM Tue: 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out site‑specific procedures, access‑related screening, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and sharing details with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout loading areas, parking lots, trailer yards, dock doors, warehouse perimeters, and other assigned areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and support security‑related operations. Monitor entry and exit points, verify approved access for visitors, vendors, and/or deliveries, and report policy violations, damaged property, or operational concerns according to post instructions. Support loss prevention and asset protection efforts by observing package handling areas, watching for irregular behavior, and reporting suspicious activity, hazards, and/or incidents in a timely manner. Minimum Requirements: A guard card or license is preferred. CPR and First Aid certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
