The UPS Store - 196 East Main Street - Responsibilities: Assist with personnel management including recruiting, training, scheduling, and coaching associates; Schedule work assignments and help facilitate weekly or monthly staff meetings; Monitor, evaluate, and help maximize customer service delivery and customer satisfaction; Help develop and implement the store marketing program; Help manage center financials and prepare/provide reporting; Review daily employee time sheets and submit for payroll processing
