Our caregivers support adults of varying backgrounds who due to their mental or physical condition cannot effectively care for themselves. Responsibilities

• Anticipate, identify and resolve client care needs.
• Be physically capable of assisting clients with mobility issues, transportation and ambulation.
• Ensure personal care (hygiene, toileting, showering, dressing, meal prep, grooming, etc.) reflects each client’s plan of care and personal preferences.
• Promote independence and empower clients by focusing on their capabilities rather than their struggles.
• Remind clients to take the correct dose at the correct time as prescribed. We do not administer medication.
