AE - Brand Ambassador (Sales Associate)

Overview As a part-time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life, provide customers with an amazing shopping experience, and represent our company values with your authentic self. You love the products and are passionate about building brand loyalty with every guest. Responsibilities Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model with a "friends first" mindset to help them find exactly what they are looking for. Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make product suggestions that fit their needs. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests. Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed. Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy. Collaborate with the team to get the job done. Adhere to AEO's policies & procedures with integrity. Would Be Great For This Role If You love interacting with people. You are energetic and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. You are available to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays. You love AE and Aerie products. You have prior retail experience. You are at least 16 years old.
