Opportunity Board Certified - Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner - Emergency Medicine Job Details Locum Tenens coverage needed for specific dates: 8/21-8/25, 9/7-9/9, and 9/21-9/24, with ongoing potential Shift coverage hours: 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM Onsite orientation required one day prior to the first scheduled shift Average of 36 patient encounters per day in the emergency department Average of 3 admissions per shift Ability to treat patients of all ages is required Provides both inpatient and outpatient emergency services Support staff includes ED Physicians and ED RNs Charting via Meditech EMR system Board certification or board eligibility required; fellowship not required BLS certification required Trauma Level 3 facility Active Michigan license required - no IMLC accepted Credentialing timeframe is approximately 30 days, dependent on provider document submission speed Temporary privileges granted in needed situations Travel and lodging assistance available if needed; hospital can arrange accommodations Nearest airport is CMX, approximately 4 miles from the hospital Only one provider will be accepted for this need Compensation Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included. #J-18808-Ljbffr BAS HealthCare
