- Experience with IQ / OQ / PQ validation
- Strong knowledge of Process Validation Lifecycle
- Experience with DOE using Minitab
- Equipment qualification & troubleshooting experience
- Computer System Validation (CSV)
- SOP development
- Medical device change control
- Manufacturing/process engineering support
- Support manufacturing process design and production layouts
- Execute equipment qualification and process validations
- Develop and improve manufacturing procedures and compliance documentation
- Troubleshoot manufacturing equipment and process issues
- Support inspection/testing requirements and corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards
- Medical device manufacturing experience
- Packaging/laboratory equipment validation
- Quality/process control background
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 2+ years of manufacturing engineering experience
- Onsite - Dexter, MI
- 40 hours/week
