Advanced Practice Provider George C. Grape Community Hospital & Medical Clinics is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our growing, patient-centered healthcare team. Qualifications:

• Master's degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

• Current certification through a nationally recognized certifying organization

• Eligible for Iowa licensure and DEA registration

• Strong clinical, communication, and patient relationship skills
