Clean Room Associate - Urgently Hiring

About the Opportunity Job Title: Clean Room Associate Pay Rate: $20.00/hr Location: Delano, MN Schedule: 2nd Shift Monday‑Friday 2:00PM‑10:30PM Position Type: Temp to Hire Requirements and Qualifications Company is willing to train; no prior experience required. Experience in a service‑industry role is encouraged. Strong tenure with past employers. Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. Duties and Responsibilities Operate molding equipment to produce silicone and plastic components, ensuring parts meet process and quality standards. Operate and monitor molding presses or injection molding machines. Load material, remove molded parts, and perform basic inspections. Document production data and report process issues. Support troubleshooting and routine machine adjustments. Work in cleanroom environments. Benefits May be eligible for 5 paid holidays. May accrue up to 48 hours of paid sick time per year. 401k with company match after 1 year of employment. Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) Plan.
