We offer this hybrid finance role a competitive salary of $85,000 - $95,000 per year . THE BASICS OF THE ROLE Schedule & Location: This is a full-time hybrid position based in Landover, MD. You will work 2 days onsite and 3 days remotely each week. Enjoy the flexibility of remote work while maintaining strong team connections with in-office collaboration days. As our Senior Accountant, you start your day by reviewing financial statements and ensuring everything is up to date. Next, you dive into general ledger management, posting journal entries, and reconciling accounts. You assist with budgeting and forecasting, analyzing performance data, and providing variance analysis to help guide strategic decisions. During month-end and year-end close, you lead the process, preparing adjusting journal entries, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. As a Senior Accountant, you also mentor junior staff and support tax compliance and audit processes—all while collaborating with a team that values quality, accuracy, and efficiency. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (CPA certification preferred) 4+ years of experience in accounting or finance Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) Strong understanding of accounting principles, practices, and regulations Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills Preferred Qualifications Supervisory experience and knowledge of tax regulations #J-18808-Ljbffr
