Associate Attorney – Civil Litigation Defense $140000 - $190000 per year | Los Angeles, CA | On-site | Permanent Law Practice Seeks Talented Employment Defense Attorney A bit about us: A growing litigation firm in San Bernardino, CA is seeking an Associate Attorney with 2+ years of civil litigation defense experience to join its team. The ideal candidate will have experience handling labor and employment matters and/or personal injury defense, with the opportunity to take on meaningful responsibility across all stages of litigation. REMOTE or Hybrid Salary range: $130,000 – $180,000 Bonus eligibility Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO) Job Details 2+ years of civil litigation defense experience. Active California State Bar admission Experience in labor & employment law and/or personal injury defense strongly preferred. Experience handling cases through discovery and other stages of litigation. Deposition, motion practice, and courtroom experience preferred. Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills. Excellent communication and client-management abilities. Ability to manage multiple cases, deadlines, and competing priorities.
