99 Ranch Market is seeking a trainee supervisor at our Gaithersburg, MD location. The program runs 6–8 months with evaluations, after which you are assigned to a store to oversee the department SOP, product knowledge, planning, ordering, organization, and staff supervision. Responsibilities include daily department operation, promotion planning with store management, inventory control, and ensuring a safe, clean workplace.
