Requirements
- Dentrix
- Experienced Dental Receptionist / Admin (2+ years)
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience specifically within a dental or medical front office setting.
Technical Skills: High proficiency with Dentrix software is required.
Specialized Knowledge: Proven experience handling dental billing and accounts receivable.
Language: Spanish-speaking skills are a plus (though not required).
Professionalism: Strong organizational skills and the ability to represent the practice with a welcoming, professional demeanor.
Job Description
Patient Coordination: Greet patients, manage the check-in/check-out process, and maintain a seamless flow for the daily schedule.
Financial Oversight: Manage billing and accounts receivable tasks to ensure the financial health of the practice.
Administrative Management: Utilize Dentrix software for scheduling, patient records, and practice communication.
Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries, insurance verification, and office correspondence.
