About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and hands-on Restaurant Shift Leader to oversee daily operations and ensure excellent customer service during assigned shifts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for leading teams and delivering outstanding dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead the restaurant team during assigned shifts
- Ensure smooth daily operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve guest concerns promptly
- Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety standards
- Support staff training, coaching, and performance management
- Handle cash management, inventory, and basic reporting tasks
- Coordinate with management to achieve sales targets and operational goals
Qualifications
- At least 12 years of experience in the food & beverage or restaurant industry (supervisory experience is a plus)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
