Salon Coordinator

Job Description

Coordinate day-to-day salon operations for a very busy luxury salon in the Design District.

Compliance to protocols such as: opening and closing, correctly collecting and processing client payments, maintaining accurate bookings.
Inventory Management: work with GM/Business Leader to ensure all backbar and retail inventory levels are adequately maintained.
Ensure physical standards of salon are maintained and report any maintenance issues to GM/Business Leader immediately for repair.
Maintain salon schedules and maximize appointment opportunities.
Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve all client issues immediately.
