Sign‑On Bonus: $10,000 Summary In this leadership role you will direct and oversee the daily clinical operations of the nursing units during your designated shift. The RN Supervisor ensures that all residents receive the highest quality of compassionate care while strictly adhering to state, federal, and facility regulations. You will serve as a clinical resource, a problem‑solver, and a leader for LPNs, CNAs, and other support staff. Responsibilities Oversee daily clinical operations for the nursing units on the 2nd shift. Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations. Serve as a clinical resource and problem‑solver for LPNs, CNAs, and support staff. Collaborate with the Director of Nurses (DNS) and other leadership to ensure quality patient care. Qualifications Education & Licensure Valid, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of [State]. Current CPR certification. Degree from an accredited nursing program. Experience & Skills Minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience, preferably in a Skilled Nursing Facility, Long‑Term Care, or post‑acute rehab setting. At least one (1) year of supervisory or charge nurse experience. Strong working knowledge of SNF regulations, survey processes, and MDS basics. Proficiency in MatrixCare.
