Responsibilities
• Serve as OR Circulator, coordinating the flow of equipment, supplies, and staff during surgical procedures.
• Assist surgeons and anesthesia team; monitor patient safety throughout the perioperative phase.
• Participate in patient care planning, assessment, and nursing treatment; document perioperative care.
• Maintain aseptic technique, manage instrument and supply counts, and ensure readiness of all intraoperative equipment.
• Communicate clearly with the multidisciplinary team; advocate for patient safety and provide accurate handoff to postoperative staff.

Requirements
• Active RN license with ability to practice in the state of California
• OR Circulator experience or perioperative nursing experience preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• ADN or BSN in Nursing (diploma acceptable per program standards)
• Ability to work rotating 8-hour shifts and travel for the duration of the assignment
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills essential for perioperative care
