Registered Nurse - Operating Room

$1836.00/week - Job Summary: Seeking an experienced OR Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract supporting surgical procedures. This role involves managing patient care in the operating room, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and supporting surgical teams during complex procedures. Responsibilities: Coordinate and assist in surgical procedures, ensuring proper patient positioning and safety. Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to any changes during surgery. Maintain a sterile environment by adhering to infection control protocols. Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure timely and efficient workflow. Document intraoperative procedures and patient information accurately in electronic medical records. Support on-call rotations, including overnight and weekend coverage, as required. Qualifications: Valid BLS and ACLS certifications. Minimum of 2 years OR nursing experience. Demonstrated ability to fulfill rotating call requirements, including night and weekend shifts. Proven experience in orthopedic, general, gynecology, robotics, urology, vascular, cardiovascular, neuro, or thoracic surgeries preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills with a flexible, caring, and compassionate attitude. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced surgical environment.
