At AGC, you'll learn how to communicate with customers, understand their needs, explain our automotive services, and recommend solutions that help keep their vehicles safe and looking their best.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do
• Connect with new and existing customers to introduce AGC's services.
• Learn about windshield repair and replacement, hail damage repair, window tinting, and other vehicle care solutions.
• Help customers understand their options and make informed decisions.
• Build positive relationships with customers, local businesses, and community partners.
• Follow up with prospective customers and help schedule appointments.
• Develop sales, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Work toward individual and team goals with support from experienced team members.
