You'll work side by side with some of the area's top eye care professionals, gaining valuable experience in a rewarding and supportive environment.ResponsibilitiesWelcome patients with professionalism, assist with check-in, and provide excellent service throughout their visitVerify and record patient information, medical history, medications, and purpose of visitPerform preliminary testing including visual acuity, pupil assessment, refraction, dilation, intraocular pressure, and extraocular movement testingConduct diagnostic procedures such as OCT, visual fields, GDX, IOL Master, auto-refractor, and corneal topographyDemonstrate knowledge of ocular anatomy, diseases, symptoms, and medicationsMaintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring exam rooms and equipment are patient-readySupport the clinical team with administrative tasks and other duties as assignedQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED requiredStrong computer and data entry skillsOne year of medical or ophthalmic office experience preferredCOA or COT certification preferred, but not required for otherwise qualified candidatesExcellent communication skills and a patient-first mindsetBenefitsHealth & dental insurance401(k) retirement plan with employer matchGenerous Paid Time Off (PTO) programOngoing training and certification supportOpportunities for career growth within our expanding organizationApply TodayIf you are passionate about patient care, eager to learn, and looking for a long-term career in eye care, we encourage you to apply.
