- Take full ownership of a core operational function or workflow-independently driving efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
- Lead high-impact automation initiatives within enterprise customer environments.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify bottlenecks, quantify impact, and propose technical solutions.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and customer teams to align operations with technical and business goals.

- Support account management activities by solving operational problems that matter most to customers.
- Drive designated projects end-to-end, from scoping and analysis through execution and measurement.
- Develop metrics, dashboards, and models to quantify initiative performance.
- Own deliverables and deadlines with minimal oversight-this is an "extreme ownership" environment.
- Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university preferred (e.g., UC Berkeley, USC, Dartmouth, Georgia Tech, Brown, Colorado School of Mines, etc.).
- Strong academic performance (high GPA, honors, awards, or scholarships).
- Background in a STEM-related discipline such as Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Math, Physics, Data Science, or similar.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Python, SQL, MATLAB, R, C++, or comparable technical toolsets.

- Demonstrated ability to drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency improvements, cost savings, successful product iterations).
- Strong track record of leading teams, clubs, projects, competitions, or entrepreneurial ventures.
- Self-starter mentality with the drive to take ownership and push projects to completion.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and presenting to senior leaders.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable ideas.
- Entrepreneurial, curious, resourceful, and willing to learn quickly.
- Eager to work in a highly autonomous, high-expectation environment with executive visibility.
- Weekly 1:1 mentorship with the CFO
- Direct exposure to the Founder/CEO once initial milestones are met
- Ownership of meaningful, high-impact initiatives from day one
- Blend of engineering, operations, strategy, and product-not a traditional entry-level role
- Fast career acceleration in a technical, customer-facing environment
- Recruiter Call - Learn about the role, culture, and expectations.
- CFO Interview - Leadership evaluation and problem-solving assessment.
- Onsite Panel (Denver HQ) - Technical, operational, and culture-focused interviews with cross-functional leaders.
