Role Overview

The technical business analyst/product analyst will work with IT and the Business to define and deliver solutions that meet business objectives for a Digital application. This role combines business and technology skills and serves as a facilitator between business and IT to understand needs and ensure project success through the entire lifecycle. This position involves leading the planning, eliciting, analyzing, and managing of requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between business and IT to understand business needs and lead a project through its lifecycle.
• Lead the planning, eliciting, analyzing, validating, and managing of requirements, business processes, and high-level solution design.
• Manage data mapping, system analysis, test case design, and implementation planning in partnership with project managers and stakeholders.
• Combine business and technology skills with leadership, communication, negotiation, and facilitation skills.
• Support an agile scrum team in the stand-up of a new website, acting as a product owner.
• Understand system interaction and APIs, and map data from source to target applications.
• Potentially lead other IT project work based on changing project demands.

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent 4-year experience in a related field.

Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical business analyst role within a project-based agile environment. Must have experience with projects involving the creation of websites with user registration and logging capabilities.

Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Working experience in agile tools like Jira.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to understand system interaction and APIs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in standing up a website with at least 20 pages with capabilities for user enrollment, eligibility checks, and login, or other functionality requiring multiple complex API integrations.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager.
• Experience using AI tools, such as CoPilot, for writing user stories.
