To drive revenue and growth, the full-time Licensed Insurance Agent will educate and advise customers on personal lines insurance products while working remotely and managing incoming and outbound sales calls. Key responsibilities Handle incoming calls from customers seeking better insurance options and advise them on the best choices in the marketplace Generate interest and sell insurance through outbound calls to prospective clients while maintaining a five-star customer service experience Stay updated on market trends and carrier products, and assist customers throughout the policy purchase process Required qualifications Active Personal Lines or P&C Insurance License Minimum of 1 year of phone sales experience At least 1 year of experience working remotely Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning Strong work ethic and excellent customer service skills
